1. Booking and Confirmation

• All bookings can be made via phone, website, or WhatsApp.
• Confirmed bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to unavoidable circumstances.

2. Pricing and Payment

• Fares are based on the selected route, vehicle type, and current fuel prices.
• Extra charges may apply for waiting time, additional stops, or tolls.
• Full payment must be made at the end of the trip, either in cash, UPI, or online.

3. Trip Modifications

• Any change in the trip plan (route, timing, etc.) must be informed in advance.
• Additional charges may apply based on the nature of the change.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation made at least 2 hours before the scheduled time is free of charge.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must wear seat belts and follow driver instructions for safety.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be charged accordingly.
• Carrying illegal items or prohibited materials is strictly not allowed.

6. Driver Rights

• Drivers reserve the right to refuse service in cases of intoxicated behavior, abuse, or threat.
• Drivers may stop the ride and request passenger exit in case of misconduct.

7. Liability

• Call Taxi Vellore is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen incidents.
• We are not liable for loss of personal belongings during the trip. Please check your belongings before leaving the vehicle.

8. Privacy

• Your personal details will be used only for booking and communication purposes.
• We do not share your data with third parties.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes or complaints can be directed to our customer support for quick resolution.
